Day of Coordination Services + Decor

This package caters to those that want to play a bigger role in the coordination of their own event, however need some guidance on the décor side along the way. After the décor consultations are complete, EMevents comes in 2-3 weeks prior to your event to offer you the support you need to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.

PACKAGE DETAILS

  • Décor consultations prior to event (rentals, flowers, A/V | min. 10hrs needed)  o Initial meeting with suppliers

o Décor guidance in relation to concept/theme of event

  • Preparatory services 2-3 weeks prior to event
    o Creation of load-in/load-out schedule for suppliers

o Creation of evening timeline in collaboration with the client

o Follow-  up calls to suppliers

  • Coordinate/manage wedding rehearsal in the week leading up to the event

  • Complete set-up for all areas (Ceremony, Cocktails, Reception)

  • Coordinate/manage the entire evening of the Event

STAFF REQUIREMENTS 1 head event coordinator / 2-3 assistants
